Heather
Hilton is a Certified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth
Educator, student midwife, Labor Companion (doula) and a mother
of three sons. Heather received her training as an HBCE in 2001,
after she discovered the calm and peace of a HypnoBirthing®
birth with her second baby.Heather birthed her third son in May
2003, again with HypnoBirthing, and was back teaching classes
only four days later! Heather's message to women? "You DESERVE

Liz
Vazquez is a Licensed Massage Therapist,
student midwife, TX state trained breastfeeding educator, and
HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator. Liz has been serving the birthing
women of Austin since 2001. Liz has two daughters and a son, all
born gently and naturally, and she hopes to share that gentle
